The dialogue options from Veritistrasz won't show up, even after abandoning and reaccepting the quest. There is currently no way for me to complete this quest. Showed up for me after doing the Dragonscale Camp quests (and having returned the vase from Zskera Vaults with Hraxian on it to Veritistrasz). Not sure if I had to wait for a daily reset, but I didn't notice it until the next day. After listening to the story (and turning in the quest), there's a followup that awards Hraxian's Unbreakable Will.
