Hi everyone, I've been a huge supporter of Lyft since it came to Nashville a few months ago. I am always telling other people about it and how convenient and easy it is to use. This all changed on Saturday night when a Lyft driver did not cancel the ride I requested and my card has been charged 35.01$ for a ride I did not take.
