They have very high HP but you can use Aggression potions + Dwarf Cannon to lure them then AoE them using a Nox Scythe. 680k Melee... Apparently on average their drops are worth 11k/kill, personally I never blocked them and got them rarely as a task using Laniakea/morvran. not amazing money or xp really.... I nearly always skip them because I find them annoying.
