Litter robot 4 keeps getting interrupted.

I have the same issue, the LR4 reports cycle interrupted. I found that if the litter level is below the max line, like an inch of space showing, I have less issues. I was thinking it was a weight issue, I placed the LR4 in some cardboard to disable the weight sensors, but the problem still existed. Just got my litter robot and I to am having this issue. It's just blinking red and green. Couldn't get the pairing yellow light to start blinking while holding the wifi button for 3 secs but the app let me continue and set up anyways. The robot is now listed in app and can be controlled via the app but the light is still flashing red and green.
