Pair that with Thorny Cracked Tear and maybe Flame Shrouding. Bleed build up is so fast its completely broken. Just two hand the peeler. The standard r1 combo is plenty fast enough to proc bleed, and the powerstance moveset of twinblades is awful. More blades != more bleed.It scales better with dex than arcane. So putting into dex will give you more damage. But it's worth noting that arcane will give you less damage increase, but it will increase bleed build up on hit. Either one is good. I personally would put into dex since it scales higher. 1.
