Hoping someone can help. I have a valve cartridge that is causing a drip from the shower head. I purchased the new cartridge, but cannot seem to get the cap off to access it! Its a Kohler MASTER SHOWER Volume Control valve with cylinder trim (K-T9472). The INSTALLATION instructions say to press the cap on with some lubricant.
