Use dark Light. Use the elevator to go to the seventh floor, then use the Dark-Light Device to follow Polterkitty’s trail of footprints to continue the fight in Luigi’s Mansion 3. The cat’s footprints can be found everywhere throughout the Blooming Suite, and you can engage the cat by pressing the X button in front of the large wardrobe.
