It is a factory built upper with standard low pro block, and i run an h2 buffer with a blue sprinco spring. It depends. The BFH barrels are definitely a step above in long term durability. Non-bfh is probably equivalent. But we are talking 10k+ semiauto rounds on an aero barrel before you see any accuracy problems. The BCM BCG is probably a step above in qc, but i have had the same number of issues with both, and they were minor problems.
