NCG is an awesome theater. It's not only affordable, spacious, and they got unlimited refill on popcorn, drinks, and candies regardless of the size. Tuesday's they have $5 tickets with $2 off on combos and other days are $8. $6 with student ids and for seniors. It's awesome deal! Their seats are reclining chairs.Tickets and concessions are still cheaper than AMC too. I’ve always thought the 12 had the better seats and theaters I usually avoid the 16. Whenever possible I go to the Marcus theater in Oak Park. They have better sound and the big reclining seats. Neither have the upgraded seats unfortunately.Can they get with the times and remodel these seats to be reclining!? Needless to say the seats aren't that comfortable. I also suggest they get a better app. I'd love to be able to purchase tickets through it, have my tickets electronically, use my NCG club card on it and load money into it to pay for concessions.

The movie wasn’t all that great but the new NCG cinemas (formerly Midland Cinemas) was very nice. Super clean and modern. For $2 extra you can upgrade to a power reclining seat. I thought it was worth it.
