Same thing happened to me on kodi 19.5. I uninstalled and then installed Kodi 20 and then downloaded the same diggz xenon process that i did on Kodi 19.5 and its working great. It changed the skin to Planet Diggz but you can change it back to Xenon if you want. Personally I like the new Planet Diggz. Works way better.
