Not as difficult as the sunken crypts in the swamps, I thought. It was all very new and fun, and the monsters weren't very dangerous. But then, I used one of my endgame characters. If I were just discovering mountains for the first time, the caves would be deadly, I think. Bring fire protection potions.

Plants obviously spawn from the ground and can regrow but crystal and those green blobs on swamp trees do not regrow. Since golems respawn I doubt Irongate will make the crystals respawn in caves.
