If you have it activated there and it still isn't working in game you could try setting your desktop resolution to 1440p and then trying it in gameDynamic Resolution just lowers your resolution when your pc has trouble keeping up a decent framerate under pressure. I know what it does lol, I'm saying it's not working. If you have it enabled in the FFXIV client then it should just work - Don't really know what else to say.
