Blend Door Actuator Not Calibrating. I have a 2003 Suburban w/ the automatic climate control system. It had the known issue of driver's side vents going to full heat despite setting temperature to lowest (60) AC setting. I attempted a recalibration but no luck, so I replaced the blend door actuator & attempted the calibration reset procedure again.
