Sometime in the next 3 weeks. It really is so hard to know. I wasn’t dilated or effaced at all at 37+6 but went into labor and had my baby at 38+0. A friend was 3.5cm dilated and 50% effaced at 35w and ended up induced. Hopefully you’ll be on the earlier end but it’s soooo hard to know!
